    With her 25 plus years of experience in the financial recruitment industry, Alison Beyer has an unsurpassed knowledge of search. 

    Alison’s focus is on senior-level recruitment, especially CFO, VP, Finance, Director of Finance, and VP, Controller, Data Analytics, and Tax Director searches in a breadth of industries, most notably an array of alternative investment firms, family offices, and technology companies. She is known for building long term relationships and deep networks, plus her skill in building teams, having placed anywhere from three to thirty professionals at multiple clients.

    A former Certified Public Accountant with PwC, Alison brings a high level of technical accounting and finance knowledge to every search. While at PwC, she oversaw college recruiting and issues in human resources, making her a valuable resource in the complexities of employee benefits.

    Previous to starting Beyer & Kelley, Alison was a partner with Naughton, Sheehan and Monfredini, the predecessor firm, and was a Search Consultant at Parker & Lynch.

    A Beta Gamma Sigma inductee, Alison graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science and Commerce in Accounting from Santa Clara University. Alison has also studied Labor Economics at the London School of Economics.

    Anne joined Beyer & Kelley in 2009 to head the interim and project-based placement group, a popular service for clients in need of specific skill sets and knowledge. She also leads permanent searches across all industries, especially technology.

    Anne has a deep understanding of finance and accounting, having begun her career at PwC, where she progressed from Auditor to Manager. She went on to work at The Clorox Company, where she was a member of the financial management program for six years.

    After working with Barclays Global Investors as their US Controller, she joined Deloitte, serving clients by providing project or interim resources for their system implementations, process improvements, policies and procedures creation, ASC implementations, and other initiatives. Deloitte eventually spun out this service offering, and Resources Global Professionals became a publicly traded organization in 2000. Anne was responsible for business development and client service for six markets, including the Silicon Valley, San Francisco, the East Bay, Sacramento, Denver and Phoenix.

    Anne is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a degree in Economics.

    She is member of the California Society of CPAs and the AICPA.

    Drew Gaylord joined Beyer & Kelley, after working for six years in numerous, progressive industry roles. Drew developed a strong base of finance and accounting knowledge in his time working in Big Four, valuations and M&A. His strong technical background and extensive network serves him well in his search practice, recruiting accounting and finance professionals.

    He began his career as an Auditor at Deloitte, focused on financial services clients. He then transitioned to Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), where he progressed from Analyst to Vice President during his five years with the firm. Drew focused on a wide range of business valuation and advisory engagements during his time at VRC, including co-investment advisory work, and the execution of solvency, capital adequacy, and fairness opinions for private equity clients. After his time at VRC, he joined Lincoln International as a Vice President in their Valuations & Opinions Practice. At Lincoln, Drew provided specialized corporate board advisory to public and private clients, among other accomplishments.

    Drew grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

    Since 1993, Nicole Kelley has been a well-known name in financial recruitment in the Bay Area. Nicole’s extensive knowledge of Silicon Valley culture is one reason why Beyer & Kelley has become the top search firm representing venture capital and private equity interests. In addition to financial services searches, Nicole focuses on searches within the life sciences, high technology and professional services industries.

    Nicole began her career with Andersen as a tax professional. She became Director of Recruiting at Andersen’s San Francisco office, leveraging her CPA background in the firm’s recruiting practice. She then moved on to establish a successful search practice at Naughton, Sheehan and Monfredini LLC, with a continued focus on accounting and finance professionals. Nicole was on the front lines of the “dot-com” boom as Recruiting Manager for myCFO during a dynamic period when headcount grew from 100 to 350 in a single year.

    Nicole has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

    Nicole Monfredini Webb has built a flourishing recruitment practice focused on placing candidates directly from public accounting, including audit and tax professionals. In addition, she is skillful at handling searches for candidates with a combination of public and private industry experience, and for industry accountants and MBA’s. She is known especially for her accomplished approach to building teams within venture capital and private equity industries. 

    Nicole began her career in recruitment with a Bay Area boutique search firm, joining Beyer & Kelley in 2004. She is a graduate of the University of San Diego, and in her free time enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her family in Marin County.
